On a linux server with litespeed installed, at times you won’t be able to view images on your website. Further investigating the error logs you will see something as below.

[ACL] Access to context [/image/] is denied!

This is because the redirect rules conflict with the ones set in .htaccess file. You will have to review the redirect rules under your account and correct them.
